Gusto, who are based in Cologne Germany have developed design led innovative products produced exclusively for balcony and terrace lovers and small space solutions , Transcontinental have now forged positive relationships with Gusto to become the only UK distributors of the brand and will be introducing this unique range alongside our Suntime Brand.
The range was successfully launched at the Glee 2011 exhibition and attracted a lot of interest from perspective customers; we are now working alongside Gusto to create retail solutions for the UK and Irish markets.

Suntime celebrates success at the Glee Exhibition 2011
Despite it being one of the toughest years for retailers in the Garden Furniture sector, owing to the adverse economic as well as meteorological climate, Suntime is celebrating its most successful Glee show to date, with sales increasing by 31% on last year’s figures.
The company says that the increase was due to a greater range of exclusive designs, ex-warehouse deals with prices below 2011 and product availability.
Many retailers are wary of placing large, direct container orders, with the risk of high levels of stock carry-over if the sun doesn’t shine. Unlike many of its competitors, Suntime carries a huge range of stock in its national distribution centre, enabling buyers to re-order quickly on fast moving lines, increasing sales opportunities, reducing lost sales due to lack of stock and removing the risk of unsold stock at the end of the season.
Of course, those retailers who prefer to buy direct containers also have the option to buy either FOB or DDP, which guarantees the best possible prices, giving retailers that competitive edge.
The outlook for next year is bright and sunny- at least where the buyers of Suntime products are concerned.
